Former lawyer, nonprofit leader, certified life coach and mum.
For most of my adult life I was anxious, incredibly hard on myself and no matter what I achieved, it still wasn't enough. I had the career, the relationship, the life that looked good on paper, and I still felt like I was doing it all wrong.
What changed everything wasn't working harder or achieving more. It was learning the neuroscience and psychology behind why we think, feel and behave the way we do, (and so often to our own detriment), and developing the practical tools to change it. And it transformed my life.

It starts with a free 30-minute intro call where we talk about where you are right now, what you most want to change, how I can help and whether my private coaching program is the right fit for you.
If we decide it's a good fit, I'll invite you to join my private coaching program and walk you through exactly how the program works and what we would focus on together.
